cheap n nice layout

This condo is well maintained and have nice layout. The rooms are squarish and psf is relatively low as compared to the current selling price of new condos which might not have rooms of this size. With new developments such as 8 courtyards and a new EC, it will def boost up the price.
pros:near to numerous school, within 1km to chong fu primary, top 20 primary school in sg.
cons: some of the units r near to mrt tracks, but well, i suppose the price is reasonable since mrt tracks will be everywhere in the near future, nothing to worry abt since there r free shuttle bus to mrt & i suppose ppl do drive, if not u might consider buying a hdb flat next to yishun mrt/interchange. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Too far away

Now there is only one bus 169 passes by this development. It's far from both sembawang and Yishun MRT. It's a quite place, but the units close to MRT track clearly arenot quite at all.
I recommend this building for:
Western Expats.

Surrounded by greenry. Only 380 units (unlike others 480-680 units - mini HDB) Tucked in the corner, exclusive and undisrupted by upcoming developments.
2 tennis courts, big karaoke room, indoor hot spa, steam rooms in men/ladies toilet, 4 bbq pits, pavillions for resting, a huge elevated infinity pool, children's pool with slides and water fountain... !!
Free shuttle to Yishun MRT + Northpoint Mall + Chong Pang Market. Lots of vacant seats in the train (dont have to stand anymore) and it's only a few stops to city and jurong area.
Public bus outside the backgate. 3 bus stops to MRT and the huge Northpoint Mall 1 & 2. Across the road from the backgate is a coffee shop with Seafood Zi Char stall!
Good size for a 3 bedroom. Nice layout with big rooms and living area.
I asked around and found that the rental is also good $2,600-$3,000/mth for a 3 bedroom in case I need to rent out.
I think this is a good buy for me because prices will definitely go up when the empty land in front and beside starts to launch at crazy prices with 13-15% economy growth this year.

Good Layout and excellently maintained

The development is small, unlike the mega development projects these days. It also means less residents sharing the facilities. Very well maintained facilities and a peaceful surroundings.
There's a Thai restaurant just across the road which serves pretty good cuisines as well.
Nice place to return and relax after a day's work.
For those who are driving, the location is strategic, simply within minutes to town and the city.The only downside is that it is located 3 bus stops away from the MRT. I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Peace & Quiet and Western Expats.

best layout

This is the condo with the best layout so far i have viewed. it's well maintained, have good facilities, peace and quite, accessible (there is a bus taking the residents to Yishun intercharge every half an hour), the price is affordable but it's not convenient for us to go to work as my husband works in the West.
I recommend this building for:
Outdoors & Activities,
Families with Children and
Peace & Quiet.
