One of the best high rise condo in the north. Quality interior. Beautify landscape. Scheduled shuttle service conveniently take us to central. We enjoy staying here! I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Seen quite a number of condo in the North. This is one of the best in terms of interior layout, external landscape and facilities. On top of that is the low price compared to the developments in the vicinity though it is newer in comparison. Only setback is the long distance from the nearest MRT. To this, they provide free shuttle service to the nearest hawker, market and MRT. Would recommend this for people who like quiet environment. Very Resort feel! I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Students and Western Expats.

Very windy place, generous layout, very close to nature. The only drawback is that its 15mins walk to Yishun MRT but thats resolved by free shuttle bus provided by condo management.
Overall first visit u would fall in love especially if its block 22 which has unblocked view and pool facing without any sun what-so-ever. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
