Yew Mei Really Green

Once you step inside the compound, you'll see alot of greeneries. The best part I like about this project is the blocks are very well spred out within the compound. There is a wide space between the blocks and the pool with a lawrn, but this area can further develop with a nice landscaping.Nice size pool. The lift lobby is well designed so any visitor can have a good impression. Now that the trane service has been terminated, the project has become very quiet and peaceful.
What I do not like is, some of the units main entrance is just beside the next door unit main entrance almost sharing same door frame at 90°angle. You can say some of the rooms are not squre.
Other than that, it is a very plesent place to live in with all necessities just a stone throw away. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children and Peace & Quiet.

EC in Yew Tee Area

Very old EC compare to the Quintet (new EC near by). The price of this condo is considered expensive compare to the condo in Yew Tee area.
No investment value! I recommend this building for: Families with Children and Students.

Very nice place to stay. value buy with price still lower than other project in terms of quality and potential capital gain. Great facilities, maintenance and security. Convenience for family with children with schools and sports center around. Strongly recommended for those who look for good quality condo with cheaper price still.

Nice condo, big pool, tight security.
Great for families with children.
A bus stop just next to the side gate, so the bus stops directly at your door step if you take the bus from CCK Lot 1. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children and Students.

1)This candos is very convient in terms of location with Mrt and Shopping is very close.
2)Great management
3)Good maintenance and A1 security

Condo is well maintained and looks better than other younger condos.
Good investment with high rental yield as this condo is well sought after by locals and expats. There are even Germans, British, Swiss, Koreans and Japanese renting the condo. Great management, maintenance and security.
Great swimming pool and very well maintain tennis court and facilities.
Nice environment with park opposite and school on the left and right.
8 mins walk to Yew Tee Mrt with Fairprice, food court, 7/11 and restaurant + 24 hours prata shop. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Very well maintained condo by Management with strong sinking funds.
Excellent Grade 'A" security agency.
Family friendly condo with very good neighbouring primary school.
Healthy lifestyle living with newly completed Park Connector. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Yew Mei Green is an Executive Condo and subject to EC rules for sale to local (5 years) and foreigners (10 years).
Nice condo located in the North West of Singapore. Several different unit types available and the price is very reasonable. Location is near Yew Tee MRT (about 10 minutes walk) and is less than 5 minutes from KJE.
Condo facilities include clubhouse with table tennis, karaoke, pool table and function room. Also has 2 tennis courts, golf green, playground and 2 BBQ pits. There is basement and also outdoor parking available. Exterior just had a new paint job and overall very well maintained by the management.
Condo Interior is modern and overall still looking good after 8 years. However, laminated wood flooring for bedrooms is easily damaged by water which cause uneven "swelling" if not well taken care of.
For SGD400+ PSF, it is one of the most affordable condos around for families and upgraders from HDB. It is also good for rental to expatriates. I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
