Location and environment

My husband and I started renting here last year. This Condo is fantastic. Location, location, location. Right in the city within walking distance of so many eateries and places for a drink. Five minutes from Orchard Road, other shopping. Convenient to anyplace we need to go. So quiet when by the pool... you would never know you are in the city. We are in a 3 bedroom with a +1 (maid's room) and study. I use the study as a walk in closet. Be careful when looking at listings for 3 bedrooms and be sure to ask if they have the maid's room and study, which is unusual.

Excellent for family with young kids

We've been staying here for more than a year and we like watermark very much. Though the interior may not be perfect, but we just love it's location and the facilities-have almost everything that could keep the toddlers entertained. It's location is great because we can walk to nearby restaurants within 5 minutes, yet the noise from the whole stretch of restaurant along robertson quay does not affect us. Hence highly recommend this for expats with young kids.

Location is great, with good access to a whole range of restaurants, eateries and watering holes in the Robertson Quay area. Depending on your unit facing, u can get a good view of the S'pore River, or the MBS Integrated Resort as well as the S'pore Flyer.

I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

What sqft??

Gives me an impression that they are trying to pass it of as a 2bed room with a studio apartment. very inefficient layout. low ceiling. low light
