RV gem

I live at Waterford residence and have no complaints so far. Great location, quiet, not densely populated, access to lotsa food places at Robertson quay, mhd sultan etc. my stack is furthest away from temple - so noise is not an issue. I pass by the temple regularly and the chanting is not loud. Overall a gem in RV.
I recommend this building for:
City Living,
Peace & Quiet and
Luxury & Prestige.

Good value for investment

Having looked around D9 and 10 for the past year for a good investment in these prime districts, I finally came across Waterford one weekend while cycling along Robertson Quay. How it managed to remain low profile and under the radar while the rest of Robertson Quay and River Valley ( ie. Rivergate etc) are already calling at 1800-1900psf is beyond my imagination. And this condo is newer too. Unlike stacks of tall towers, this development is spacious, comfortable, PEACEFUL despite being in such a prime location. Literally 3 min WALK to Robertson Quay for a quick pint.
I recommend this building for:

Families with Children,
Peace & Quiet,
Luxury & Prestige,
Western Expats and
Asian Expats.

Good location

Good location with amenities within walking distance. Price is defintely a good buy given the neighbouring new projects going for at least $200 psf higher! Nice landscaping within the project and I like the fact that it is on elevated ground.

cramped

This development is really cramped. Dwarf by all the other buildings and residences. Not much of plus points. I don t know y the agents are raving about it. The price not exactly the cheapest considering all the qualities.

Noisy

It is nosiy and dusty due to noise from 2 construction sites very near it. The temple has chanting sessions 4 times/day and expect high traffic during 1st and 15th day of each lunar month and festivites periods.

nice location

nice location but concern about a temple beside it. Saw many cars parked on the small lane...noise level a concern too. Not much of any view
