Great location, very quite and close to East coast parkway. With upcoming Marina Bay gardens, Integrated resort & MRT at Kallang stadium local amenities and logistocs will be dramatically improved. It is still however easy to get taxis and buses to city centre. If you like golf it's 10-15mins walk to Marina Bay or 3-4mins in taxi. A very resort theme condo with a free form landscape pool surrounded by coconut trees. I'll recommend those with pool view rather than seaview as it can be noisy because of the expressway.
