  peaceful and good value

  Good value if you can find a well renovated unit. Rooms are decent size. Development is amongst greenery, peaceful and lush.

  Lousy

  Don't rent here. Management is negligent. Security is incompetent. Check police records. This place is in a prime location, but the management is seriously compromised and the security is ill- trained and hostile. You can do a lot better for the money--and feel a lot safer in Singapore. Plenty of other and better places around. This one is truly a black eye and not worth your money or time.

  great value for money

  near the MRT, NUS and yet green and quiet with huge grounds and facilities. just minutes to Vivocity and Sentosa. apartments are spacious and the exteriors well kept. great for families and couples

  Vista Park is the most charming Project in Pasir Panjang(Nestled on huge green terrain) 1)Vista Park has premium access to Kent Ridge Park as it is situated behind Vista Park.Kent Ridge Park.a billion dollar playground,it is a ideal paradise for a picnic and it boasts an enchanting trail that leads to Mount Faber.In the future,it will be a birds lover's eutopia.An apartment that is located next to a hill.is a rare find in cosmopolitan Singapore.(direct back access to Kent Ridge Park via resident's access card). 2)Old world charm and matured green landscape very resort like. 3)Five minutes walk to Pasir Panjang MRT & Bus Stop with direct bus to Raffles Place & Orchard Road. 4)Many restaurants & cafe close to NUS,vivocity,Pasir Panjang Business District Centre. 5)I will strongly recommend this estate to expats who are nature lovers and enjoy their own privacy
