City Living

Excellent location, nice interior and would strongly recommend anyone have a look. Rooms are on the small side but has generous outdoor areas. Great value and it will be a matter of time before more people discover this little paradise.
I recommend this building for:
City Living,
Families with Children,
Peace & Quiet and
Western Expats.

Hidden Gem - totally love it

Most residents here absolutely love this condo. It's quiet and yet convenient.
Transport - 4 mrt w/in 1km & 12mrt w/in 2 km incl. orchard, bugis, cityhall! ok, it's 1/2 bus stops (10min walk) to Little india or novena mrt. But if it's so close, it wont have the tranquility that it has now. bus stop is right outside, can reach CBD, Suntec, Bugis, harbour front, Kallang, Thomson, easy to get a cab... so no complaint for transportation. I occassionally have a leisure stroll to/from Orchard / paragon / Plaza Sg, Newton circus, etc. (20-30min).
Amenities - 2 cold storage, fair price plus pekkio HDB hub around.
A gym would make it perfect. Mgmt fee is very expensive though. Agree w/ other comments that layout is not fantastic, but I do love big balconies looking out the pool. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.

As mentioned by other reviewers the balconies at the Vanadium are definitely the selling point - and great for western expats. On my first visit - the condo was surrpunded by beatiful trees, then on my second recent visit - many of the trees on neighbouring property have been cut down - such a shame as it really spoilt the outlook at the back of the units. Loved how close this condo is to orchard road and the city choice of MRTs and numersous bus lines, and also seems well maintained. Agree with previous posts - on a waist of space with the planter box outside a frosted glass bathroom window - so you do not even get to enjoy the plant outlook.

Families with Children and

Good for singles

It appears to be a Novelty Brothers signature to equip their apartments with good fittings. e.g Poggenphol kitchens and to have all pool-facing units.
On the whole, the 2 bedroom apt appears to be more like a 1+1 with most of the space going to the bombshelter, aircon ledge, planter (outside the bathroom?), bay window ledges, and balcony. I recommend this building for: City Living.

A very big balcony which is great for BBQ but with this, the live in space is tremendeously sacrified., i.e., small rooms and hall. Very contemporary kitchen cabinets, black and red. Overall the whole place is with strong color.
