So relieved that I can terminate the contract. View other units for options but same problems.

Initially thought of owning..lucky try with contract term first.

Name one condo that has 3 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, 1 jacuzzi, seperate male-female sauna steam room facilities, tons of carparks, vast sprawling land, fronted by soon to be upgraded end of Singapore River, 5 min walk to Great World City & Valley Point, 12 min on foot to Ion, 10 min by car to Raffles Place or Sentosa, close to Tiong Bahru market ... and 3 min to future MRT station! Current potential not fully realised but only a matter of time to be re-discovered. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
