Congested

Too many units built within a small plot of land. Problem with parking and heavy congestion when turning into the condo and coming out. Inconvenient transport because it is not near MRT and few buses serve this area. This area is near alot of construction sites and air pollution is a problem here. Noise is a big problem at night so you get no peace!
I recommend this building for:
City Living.

Superb Location

Superb location with amenities and primary school. Near Orchard shopping and MRT station. Eateries and NTUC fairprice is just 5 mins walking distance.
