So much wasted potential

Great location and nice apartment layouts but poorly made with shoddy materials.
I recommend this building for:
Western Expats.

This project is value for money, selling price is lower than newly launched project arround the area. Walking distant to Farrer Park MRT, Bugie Junction and Town city. lots of food courts and entertainments.
I recommend this building for:
City Living,
Outdoors & Activities,
Peace & Quiet,
Luxury & Prestige and
Western Expats.

Small units

Went to take a look at this place. The 2 bedroom units are very small. Open kitchen concept allows for light cooking only. Comes with 2 balconies which is really a waste of space. The masterbed room looks fine but the other room is so small it is impossible to put a single bed in unless it is specially modified to fit into the room. And after the bed is in, you can hardly move around without knocking into anything.
Facilities wise, a gym room that is the size of the bomb shelter so you can image how "big" it is. Lap pool that allows for max 2 person to swim at the same time.
Only plus point is that is it near to MRT and new. Other than that, not really worth it. I recommend this building for: Western Expats.
