Just next to Clarke Quay and Liang Court Shopping Centre with abundance of shops, bustling night life by the Singapore River coupled with several restaurants of all cuisines and at all price points. Grocery shopping is convenient at Cold torage supermarket in the adjoining shopping complex also containing many cafes and bistros.

Weekend jogs along the Singapore River and/or around the quiet CBD area with the office buildings providing shade from the sun.

District 9, eat expensive, eat cheap, snack, shop for supplies, shop for fun, hang out, have coffee, party night, chill night, see the doctor/dentist, exercise. Nice total package.

The only gripe could be that the façade looks rather functional and industrial. However, if you spend a little on the inside, you can make a great home that has almost everything else. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

undisputed fantastic location! this is a property that is part icon part solid investment. however, if you are looking for a home, then you will be extremely disappointed. This place is designed to function and look like a service apartments. And it is. There is barely any souls around...as it is mostly expats or expat families. there is just simply no activities. The design is also kind of "industrial" , certain units are in facing towards each other , aka Hong Kong housing style. The walls make it look like a university or hospital hostels. Units are traditional design with spacious layout. the uniform windows are very dated but functional. The place in general is quite run down with dirty walls, leaking pipes and lightings with no cover. The pm should do a much better job of it! I recommend this building for: City Living, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

UE Square has probably one of the best locations in Singapore. Just in middle of Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay - so many restaurants and bars to choose from... Also, UE square has a shopping mall in the next door building, which houses a recently renovated Cold Storage - handy for any quick bites or last minute groceries.

The compound has suprisingly good facilities (you wouldn't guess from outside) - the pool especially is great for swimmers. Squash & tennis courts are also in decent conditions.

Only downside I would say that nearest MRT station (Dhoby Ghaut) is a bit too far for a daily walk (about 12 minutes). However, there is a taxi stand in the complex - and has available taxis at most times. Also, the units are getting a bit run down, if in original condition. I recommend this building for: City Living, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
