Noisy environment

Condo is located just next to the busy Serangoon Road and on top of it, the Yardley also over look a flyover. Pollution and traffice noise is almost 24/7. It is a few minutwes walk to Nex megamall and the MRT station. Petrol station is just next door. Freehold status and great location is Yardley's strongest points but the noise level is something you must consider.
I recommend this building for:
City Living.

Excelent Location:
Minutes to CTE, Serangoon MRT, Great food located just a stone throw's away.
Schools just around the corner.
You can just leave the car and take the MRT to shop downtown at Plaza Singapura or the Central. Or take a bus to any where in singapore.
Apartment rooms are well sized. Not a problem to fit either a King or Queen sized bed even into the common rooms.
Units are well designed. Spacious living and dining room. No odd corners or sharp angles in the apartment.
Unblocked view and good breeze all day.
Adequate parking and facilities. Only too bad for the tennis wannabees as there's no tennis court.
Nevertheless to my opinion its a great place to live. I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
