Good Quality Lifestyle

Traditionally, popular with the Causasians like French, English and Americans. Lying on the good stretch of Upper Thomson with many ethnic eateries, near Thomson Plaza and the biggest greeneries of Singapore. This condo offers some of the most ideal living environment. The atmosphere there feels very relaxing yet location-wise it is relatively near the city. Thomson Plaza with many eateries and high quality supermarket is an essential component of high quality lifestyle within a close distance. Unlike modern new projects, this low density condo project’s units are never too close for comfort. I recommend this condo to those who like natural resort living without feeling isolated and the inconvenience. The monthly maintenance fee is reasonable for the full well maintained facilities. It also has the unique ageless classic structures with rounded balconies. The spacious late 80's layout is another ideal characteristic. As it is also situated very near the future Thomson MRT line, this type of condos will become rarer and rarer and of course more and more valuable with time.

My family stayed here for a little less than 2 years. We absolutely like the low human density in the huge open space, the beauty of well-maintained, resort-styled building (after a well executed cyclical maintenance recently) and no noise can be heard from the main road. We hope this place will never be en-bloc as it is so beautiful and conveniently located. Is it true that a future MRT station is planned nearby?

Sharing my experience: the Windsor

Units that are away from the roads are truely gems with absolutely resort-like atmosphere. With the recent ongoing maintenance, it has made its once run-down facilities up to standard again. The pictures here should be updated. Being close to the nature reserve ensures good quality fresh air. Within walking distance to Thomson plaza offer easy access to daily shopping and dining. The best units are ground floor units as this is a walk-up and you get to park your car right under your windows. The ground floor units are also elevated to have window above head-level for good privacy.
