Resort Living

The varied theme pools, jacuzzi and high-end facilities (three jacuzzi pavilions) provide a relaxing resort feel to the development.

There are also beautiful greeneries as well as water features within the condo. Land area is huge and the build up area is less than 50%, which is a rarity for condo in the district. There is even a jogging track within the condo itself.

Facilities are unparalleled for the sale price and the condo is 2mins walk from the mrt station and malls, with cinema and library. It is very convenient to just stroll over to the theaters after a long day of work, or just laze around in the library on weekends.

Maintenance of the condo and facilities is very commendable.

My only criticism would be that the gym could be a little bigger. There are, however, all the equipments users will need. So it is not a serious issue, since the gyms of all recent developments are of such size (without the wide choice of equipments warren provides).

Unbeatable value for location & facilities

I have been living at this development since it was launched. It was everything as promised by the developer. There is a large land area with a whole load of facilities. There are jacuzzi pavilion, three pools, steam baths after a day of work out and a gym with full length glass windows facing the pool. Maintenance of the facilities is good and due to the huge size of pools, it will never be crowded even on weekends.

The security is one of the best I've seen and a notch up from my previous condo. They will check every visitor without lapse, a consolidated feedback from my neighbours as well. In addition, you will also require access cards to access the blocks, which is an additional security. I am not afraid to say that I never have the need to lock my doors for my years here.

In addition, the basement carpark is huge. I never have any problem finding available lots and we have three cars in the household.

The biggest attraction is obviously the location. It's a stone throw away from the mrt station, bus interchange, shopping mall (with cinema, plenty of shops and eateries) and banks.

At this price, it is impossible to find another development that offers such convenience, facilities and land area. It is also a newer development (6 years newer) than the adjacent north vale (without balconies, one pool, no card access).

Werid Review

I saw the earlier review and decide to take a look at Warren last weekend. A SLOW STROLL to the MRT and Lot 1 would take no more than 5mins. Wonder why some gave 1 star for it? Nevertheless, the asking price seems to be higher than the rest of the nearby condo. I suppose is because that the condo is newer than the rest and the facilities is better maintained. The pool is definitely a big plus point!

Confidence in Warren!

The excellent proximity to amenities and transportation, coupled with the fact that this is the "newest" condo next to CCK MRT should bring confidence to the owners that prices should remain in tandem with the demand - which I believe is the reason why this condo commands higher premium than
other nearby condos. Definitely worth looking at!

Overlook Treasure

Propertyguru value our unit at $1,017,000, currently market calling at $8xxk, those who let go now will sure regret it. The Warren is our golden goose, will not slaughter it so soon.

Value for Money

Went to view a number of Warren 3 bedrooms. The 2+study are commonly referred to as a 3 bedders by some people there as the size is 1000+ sqft as compared to the actual 3bedrm with size of 1200+ sqft. It is a very convenient place as it is close to Lot 1 and the MRT. However, the blocks away from the mrt tracks commands a higher psf as there are lesser units / level and is quieter. Those with pool view commands the highest psf.

Good Environment

I am looking to upgrade from my current HDB. After looking at ALL the condo in Choa Chu Kang, I found that Warren has the best facilities and the environment is well kept. That's explains why it commands a higher psf than the other condo - although it is the newest condo, besides the coming condo - Micasa. I am hoping that the overall price will normalise after the govt cooling measures, but the prices are still moving upwards. I am very very tempted to commit to purchase the better unit, the one nearer to the lap pool with only 4 units / level. I also heard from residents that there will be renovations made to the external wall in 1-2 yrs time - to enhance the facets of the condo. Should I buy or should I wait longer? Nevertheless, I am sure of one thing - Warren, here I come!

Great Facilities and Convenience

Compare to many other condomiuniums, the Warren provides great facilities with 2 good size pools and 2 children's play pools inclusive of 4 Jacuzzi pavalions that you can soak in at the end of the day. The many eating outlets,NTUC, shops,bus interchange and MRT just a short walking distance away offers great convenience. Shelterd almost all the way to Lot 1 shopping centre. Shady and serene surrounding. Good investment.

Convenient & affordable in the west

Very convenient - MRT, bus interchange, shopping mall, cinema, library. Compare with other similar projects in the west, eg The Jade & The Centris, The Warren is more affordable. Compare with Northvale (TOP 1998), The Warren TOP is 2004 and also have balcony. Pool-facing & high floor units are better! Just need some painting services and maintenance.

It's simply the best ;) only 4 years old, great ambience, very clean and nice swimming pools and a glassy wall gym. Just beside the bus interchange and mrt station and shopping malls...
