leasehold developement being marketed as a luxury development .the plot of land is just a stone throw away from lower end condos such as westbay and westcove which are selling for 600-800 psf. and 850psf just next door (blue horizon)
not easy to swallow and pay 1200 psf for a unit I recommend this building for:
