The Vines is a very nice boutique project with pretty good amenities (Pool, BBQ, Gym, Playground, most importantly, security for a small project).
The pool is pretty decent for a boutique project although the gym could be a little bigger. It is nestled in a private neighborhood with no sight of HDB flats in the near vicinity. Relish on the evening breeze and unblocked private estate view is an enjoyment.
Walking distance (10mins)to Eunos and Kembangan MRT stations are a plus point. Minutes to PIE as well.
In addition, there are many nice eateries along Changi road with great vibrancy.
Recommend for family and expats for resort living. I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
