The Village

One of the last of its kind on west Coast. The house are very spacious and there is even a small pool.

For 4 years the majority of the owner try to en-block the property but so far they are unsuccessful. 25% of the owners is still against the en-blocking.

Result is that for more then 6 years really nothing is done to the place anymore. No maintenance, no upgrading, no painting no decent cleaning. Just a way of payback time to the people who don't want to en-block...

They only reason tenants still like to rent property at the Village is that despite the overheated market the rates are more or less reasonable ...

Before renting or buying please check the plumbing, windows and roofs since they all need a desperate upgrade for years already! I recommend this building for: Families with Children and Asian Expats.
