lots of problems

It's a nice location but there have been many problems. Lot's of repairs, no good quality. Lots of problems with the balcony glass panels last year(some where broken and fell down).
I recommend this building for:
City Living and
Peace & Quiet.

this is a place very suitable for singles or families who want a combination of tranquility and modernity. two large pools, a tennis court, nicely spaced barbecue pits, sitting / reading areas, gym, children's playground - this development has unbelievably lots of space.
hungry? the nearest coffee shops are less than 10 minutes away by foot, cold storage at guthrie house offering a wide selection of gourmet and gourmand items is also walking distance from here.
turf city and holland village are a very, very short drive.
can't wait for renovation to be completed before we finally move in! I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Never too late...

This development is simply lovely. It was being offered at a much lower price a few months before TOP but it has increased although still within a very reasonable range considering the price of new planned developments nearby! For those who prefer a more serene environment to come home to after a long day at work, this is the perfect place. Whether for own stay or for investment, this condo certainly has the potential.
I recommend this building for:
Families with Children,
Peace & Quiet,
Luxury & Prestige,
Western Expats and
Asian Expats.

This project is adorable. Tucked away in the quiet, serene and posh 6th avennue area, it gives you the feeling of peace, nature and yet not so distant from CBD and Orchard!
Pricing is still considered resaonable. If one had the means, this is certainly not to be missed.
I do not agree with some that you need a car to live here. YOu get 2 bus lines which can take you to both the CBC and ORchar :)
Cold storage is a short stroll, and so are the coffee shops. If you fancy gourmet food, a lot would abound in the area as well!!! I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

wanted to get this initially because the price was good. in early 2009, a few offers at 880psf to 900psf came along. then the price went up and down and up and down! its just does not give any confidence...
a good looking development though I recommend this building for: Peace & Quiet and Western Expats.
