good rental if cheaper

no doubt plenty of rental. unfortunately, at current prices, rental is way too low! unless drop 10-15%. A friend bought at launch and is making 8% yield. but he bought it at 40% lesser than current prices. a pity...can buy for investment if prices not so ridiculous. well maintained place. good quality finishing.

Maintenance is a bomb! Around 450 for a studio. And you also have to pay around 60 per month for parking...

Excellent condo choice for expats

I have been living here for a couple of weeks now and this place is perfect for expats like myself. The eateries downstairs are convenient, there's not shortage of watering holes and the environment is beautiful. The community here is friendly and it's absolutely fascinating during weekends.
Absolutely the best decision I made since I moved to Singapore. 5 stars! I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.
