- Affordable investment with steady return (especially 1 & 2 bedrooms)

typical mass market development. At 850psf, i dont think its a steal considering the location. with the current sentiments, already know people trying to dispose of it asap. But as a home, it is decent only drawback are the facilities, what are the maintenance going to be like? not a place for good rental yield. I recommend this building for: Families with Children and Students.
