Rented it in Dec 2010. Moved out in Feb 2011 after some rather occurences which till now remain eerie to our family. Recommended only for Westerners who are clueless about Chinese beliefs.

I recommend this building for: Western Expats.

The Lincoln Modern

One of the best design for Loft unit, feeling like staying in 5 star hotel and quality finishing. The only problem is the maintenance fee is the highest in this area (Newton), with only swimming pool and Jacuzzi, no gymn, no tennis court, no sauna and no children playground.

I recommend this building for: City Living, Peace & Quiet and Western Expats.

Waste of space

Nice loft designs but the smaller units suffer because of this. It makes a 900 sqft unit feel like 400sq feet with high ceilings....Nice..... if you like living in ELEVATOR SHAFTS

This is an amazing property. Quality finishing, beautiful landscaping, award winning architecture and exclusive. The security guards are very friendly too. plus its walking distance to amenities and transport.

I recommend this building for: City Living, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.

This is Heaven. The Lincoln Modern (TLM) is such a cool place. After a long day at work, you just want to get back home and there's none other than TLM. TLM provides you with TLC (Tender Loving Care). It has everything and you will always have the "Feel Great" factor coming home. Super location and great value for money. You can never find a better Award Winning Building than TLM. If you are one of the 56 owners, you will feel "blessed" as TLM pampers you in every aspects. A MUST BUY and MUST SEE place.
