Excellent property. Great location- 1 bus-stop to circle line MRT and Holland V. 5 min drive to Orchard. Lovely development- exclusivity with 44 units. Ample parking. Great "forest" landscape hidden behind the built up area. Spacious units. Tremendous en bloc potential for sure!
