Best place to live in

After having seen a number of units I have viewed, zeroed in to buy in this condo....no regrets....location wise the best...amenities are adequate with almost all facilities...condo mgmt is fine...moreover walk away distance to all amenities including bus and MRT...Not many condo are near by Bus or MRT...Totally best and worth buying...
I recommend this building for:
Families with Children,
Peace & Quiet,
Students,
Western Expats and
Asian Expats.

Super expensive EC in west

1. The price of this EC is ridiculous expensive.
2. Not really near to the MRT station.
3. Surrounding with the HDB. I recommend this building for: Families with Children and Students.

Very Convenient Location

This is a great place to stay. There is a market, supermarkets, schools, parks, eating places all @ walking distance. The B.Batok MRT station is only 10mins walk away.
Neighbours are friendly and facilities are adequate too. I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
