Value for money project

It's definitely the cheapest project around Amber. Walking distance to Parkway Parade and to cross over to East Coast Park requires only 10 min by foot. Only 10 min drive to Suntec City. Great to chill out in the sky pool once it is ready.
I recommend this building for:
Peace & Quiet and
Luxury & Prestige.

Unique as it has a conservation house at it's front. 56 units mean no overcrowding of facilities. With it's pool at level 14, it is possible to get some sea view while swimming or relaxing by the pool. The development is close to nearby bus stops as well as future MRT at Marine Parade.Overall a nice, boutique development along Amber Road.
I recommend this building for:
City Living,
Luxury & Prestige,
Western Expats and
Asian Expats.
