As a Singaporean deprived of having a seaside home, this project scores top marks for the grounds, pools and the splendid sky promenades. . However, signing on the dotted line for a 2Million dollar home without a sea view and a lot less space than my current home begs for a really calm and collected reasoning that goes beyond the initial showflat entrapment.

With a pin prick to wake me up, I pass.

(Not for those where the moolah does not come easy.) I recommend this building for: Luxury & Prestige.

The location though one of the best in the east is the expensive and unrealistic for locals and only mainly foreigners go for it as investments.should consider other areas like where it is cheaper and only than 1k per sqft.Also poor concept like so call 'dining style' is poor and disappointing I recommend this building for: Luxury & Prestige.

Silversea is the best project. i have see the size, facilities, layout, balcony, impressive. The project that maybe that only can compare with sentosa cove....

If i got money i will buy this project,,,,,, I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
