It is a centrally located piece of property.
Within 1 km from many top schools.
Modern designs.
Breezy, peace and quiet.
Close to main roads but without the traffic noise.
Abundance of eateries in the vicinity. I recommend this building for: Luxury & Prestige.

Structural Design outdate

The overall exterior design looks like the late 90s style. Now they are still using metal railings for the balcony.....while others are all glass panels, weird...
I recommend this building for:
