riverine by the park haunted

Several property agents have steered me away from riverine because it's undoubtedly haunted and the area has questionable safety at night. with this price range, there are dozens of better located condos to choose from

Superb location

Came by to visit a friend and am very impressed by its locality - close proximity to Kallang MRT, easy access to Nicoll Highways and just a short drive to the city.
Amenities are basic but its start should mark the first of many more impressive builds over the coming years. The litmus test for this place would be the consistency of residential developments and amenities build-up in this area. Hopefully I can buy a place in this area soon! I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Peace & Quiet and Asian Expats.

Safety is a concern

I agree safety is a concern. At night there are allot of foreign workers at the park beside the condo. There is also not enough lighting in the area.

Is it safe at night

With the murder beside the condo. I think security is a problem when you need to walk home from the MRT at night.

The "Wow" feeling is how I would described it when I first got my key for my unit. The unit came with very nice interior finishing and luxury fitting. Very squarish for all the unit and nice layout too!
The view is fantastic on every stack be it you are on a higher or low floor because you certainly got the unblock river and greenery view. If you are on the high floor you are able to have a million dollar view for the entire Marina Bay!
Though some may not like the noise near the road but it is fine with me as I certainly enjoy the vicinity for all the amenities and convenience vs the scenery in this project.
In a few more years later, I believe the investment in this project will reap a much more positive result as the development on the surrounding are bound to raise its value.
The price tag is worth looking at for a second time. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
