old condo but strangely very well maintained. next to the river with excellent dining and nightlife. noise is on other side of the river.
2 new mrt stations being built nearby at fort canning and havelock road, condo has straight bus to cbd (8mins ride) and orchard road (13mins) right outside the condo.
got myself a one bedder here renting out very well. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.

It's a 99 year condo that's quite far from the Clark Quay MRT. Prepare to take taxi or wake up 15 - 30 mins earlier each day to go to work.

Excellent location.
Old condo with good facilities.
But unfortunately, its 99yrs leasehold while most other neighboring projects in the area are freehold. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities and Western Expats.
