Best Condo in D19

Best condo in D19, have been staying here for 6 years.Just bought a second unit in Rio Vista after checking out other project in D19. There are 2 entrance/exits in Rio Vista, one at Hougang Ave7 and main one at Upp Serangoon View. Coming in or going out of Rio Vista, I have never encounter traffic jam b4 even during peak hour. Travel to MBS or Changi Airport takes less than 15mins. And I believe the conservancy charges here is the lowest in Singapore! As its located next to the river and forested area, you smell kampong fresh air every morning. The management team, Security guard,cleaning staff, gardener are all very on the ball,helpfull and friendly. This is called "My Resort Home"
I recommend this building for:

Families with Children,
Peace & Quiet,
Western Expats and
Asian Expats.

Don't Feel Like Moving After Staying Here

The community here is very nice.
When we visited other condos, the feeling is cold. Here at Rio Vista, there is the old kampong friendliness but yet the compound is very modern and well-kept. As you walk along the compound, you will definitely feel the difference.
There must be a very good reason for us to move otherwise we will want to stay here forever. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children and Peace & Quiet.

A Place to Call Home

I have been living in few condos. This one is the best.
Friendly neighbours, clean environment, big and beautiful swimming pool. Plus airy and cooling due to the river and woods behind the condo. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children and Peace & Quiet.

Rio Vista, nice place to be home

Among all properties viewed in D19, Rio Vista turns out to be the best that we can find.
Punctual FOC shuttle service to Hougang Mall
Well kept environment
Bbq pit with wonderful river view
Nice pools
Well stocked mini mart etc etc...
