Nice Views and Convenient Location

Posted by Jack Ooi on Jul 5, 2011

Although another Condominium development: CITYSCAPE is going to built two blocks away, i doubt it will block much of the views in this development.

I guess some reviews about the "Views being blocked" is based on a lack of understanding of the actual facing of the balconies within PRISTINE HEIGHTS. Only those who have been in and out of the PRISTINE HEIGHTS development know best.

Because the proximity of amenities and transport, PRISTINE Heights is much sort after by tenants. Making it a good investment. There is definitely no problem with finding tenants for this development.

Capital Appreciation:
Well, looking at how the prices at which CITYSCAPE is selling for, we all can safely say that Pristine Heights has still lots of growth potential.
I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

City Scape will block all views

Posted by VC on May 10, 2011

I viewed a unit in this property last week. City Scape is next to this property and City Scape is still under construction. So, it is very noisy even though it's on Sat. Besides, City Scape is a building with 30 floors in front of Pristine Heights. It means all views will be blocked from P.H. after City Scape is completed. Don't think it's a good choice to pay high psf to live in.
I recommend this building for: City Living.

Pristine Heights

Fantastic location, freehold, comprehensive nearby amenities, this has very good upside potential. Peaceful surroundings is also a plus point.

Pristine development

Posted by Wesley on Apr 8, 2010

Pristine Heights do indeed live up to its name. Beautiful building with a economical use of space for the interior. Its superior location is a huge bonus, as it is near to the CTE, mrt station, and also minutes away from the city center. Food wise, from the famous Pek Kio hawker center to the stretch of eateries along Balestier Road to the restaurants in Novena area, there is good food for all occasions. Finally, it being freehold is indeed icing on the cake.

Only thing about this project is that the pool is too small for my liking. I'd liked a bigger pool for my children to enjoy their swim time.
I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Great for city living

Posted by Sean Anders on Apr 6, 2010

We've lived here for a year and we loved the convenience of this condominium. It may be a small project but everything is adequate, including the pool and the gym. My friends often comment that it look pretty classy on the exterior, when they come over to visit. Location wise, we have no complaints, as we do not drive, being near to the train station is a huge bonus for us. Getting to the city area is really convenient! I am quite glad i got this place instead of paying over the odds for the nearby projects in the novena area.

Hidden gem of District 8

Posted by Elvin on Apr 6, 2010

I like the fact that this project is minutes to Novena, Bukit Timah area, Orchard and the city area where i work. Takes 10 min for me to reach my workplace by driving or by MRT. Yet, it is located in a serene neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of city living, with MRT within walking distance and the Pek Kio market providing everything we need. Unlike some of the nearby condos right next to the CTE, this place is pretty peaceful.

Just hope that with the nearby CIty Square mall booming and the up and coming farrer park mediplex, this place will still remain peaceful and nice like now. There is even a small walking track behind the condo for evening walks.

Maybe it'll be better if there were security guards.

Pristine Heights

Posted by Loke Rysk on Mar 31, 2010

Went to view this project recently and found that the price is reasonable considering is a freehold & city fringe project. Far from city condo are selling the same psf as the Pristine Hgts.
Quiet, peaceful & is near to Novena which cost almost double the price. The project is brand new & very well maintain.

Not An Ideal Place

Posted by Makiko on Feb 5, 2010

It's a beautiful apartment building comprising of only 60 units. And walking distance to P.K food center and convenient stores. The downside is; surrounded by HDB blocks (not too cool for some reasons) And... many hookers (call gals) living by this vicinity. Even this apartment building itself where you'd often bumped into these hookers (call gals) in the evening when i was sitting by the poolside with my dog. They were walking in-and-out of the building with their indiscreet outfit and indecent behaviors approaching those passer-by's by the gate. Even the cleaner complained to me this issue. Was just thinking that, wouldn't these hookers gonna bring down the reputation of this project? Well, i think it's truly sucks a big time!
