Pinevale

We Pinevale because of the spacious swimming pool and the resort like environment. The pool is nicely designed for family even those with young kids. There is also a pool room and a table tennis room which I like. My wife loves the newspaper corner, tennis court & gym. My children love the pool and the miniature golf putting area. There are 3 BBQ pit around where we can do our occasional meals with friends. The new international school ( United World College) just across the road makes it an appeal for international expats & students, so the property for investment is great too. We've been living here for one year and never grew tired of this. Our weekends are spent at home more than our previous home in another part of Tampines . I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
