Peaceful and quiet: good location for students.
No common walls.
Buses to Bt Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Bt Panjang and clementi central. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Freehold condo below $800psf with near proximity to MRT, very rare.
Close to Nature Park and you get much fresh air and A1 facilities.

very clean
big pool
big play area for kids
really nice gardens, looked after very well
bus stop right outside the condo
Near Future MRT
short walk or even shorter bus or taxi ride to rail mail which has a full range of amenities; incl a supermarket, banks, pubs, cafe, subway etc... there are also a number of 711's with walking distance in many directions I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Peace & Quiet and Western Expats.

Quiet, Quality Air, Nature Park Paradize

Obviously the hill top location is a GEM with nature parks accessibility and good quality fresh air. Great condo for those pefer a quite place away from city traffic.
The future Hillview MRT will provide direct access to city centre and the 3 inter-connection with other MRT lines makes travelling to other parts of the island with ease. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Exclusive Condo in Dist 21

1. Spacious, full of greenery, peaceful.
2. Nice swimming pool. Only condo with aquarium. Can see fishes underneath the water when u swim.
3. Big playground. Plentiful of room for children to run around
4. Reading room for all ages to read or do revision in the comfort of air-conditioned room.
5. Some ppl find it inconvenient but it's not a long distant walk to the bus stop. Saw many pple jogging along hume avenue. Seems quite enjoyable coz the traffic is not heavy. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet and Western Expats.

Condo with good facilities

Plus points:
- One of few condo that really has a complete set of facilities including karaoke rm and badminton court.
- Nice ambient and exterior. Quiet and Peaceful.
- Nice aquarium
- Good place if you drive
- Beautiful and huge swimming pool
Minus points:
- For the 3 br units, the main entrance cut directly through the living room dividing it into 2 smaller sections.
- The closest bus stop is about 5 mins walk and only has 1 bus. The next bus stop, about 15-20 mins walk, must climb up/dn the hill towards upper bukit timah rd.
- The nearest amenities is railway mall, about 20-25 mins walk, also must climb up/dn the hill toward upper bukit timah rd.
- Swimming pool and wadding pool combined into one area. Can't imagine if each tenant bring relatives to swim during the weekend. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children and Peace & Quiet.

Heaven for Kids

It is surrounded by green and very quiet. It has a big round swimming pools and badminton court, seldom condons has it. But the traffic and shopping is not convenient. It is very suitable for kids and retirees.
I recommend this building for:
