Palm Oasis

i hav reservation for this place - pool is small. Viewed both 2rooms and a penthouse unit, rooms space small and lack privacy, u can see all your neighbours saying 'hi' to one another. NO GO.

Location consider remote to me..far away from Kambagen MRT and only 2 buses ply along the road. I recommend this building for: Students.

The duplex penthouse lacks privacy. Most units face one another neighbour or another condo by the name Rasidence 99 or 66..Very cramped feeling, no go for penthouse lover who prefer lot of privacy.

The residents here also not friendly, inconsiderate and loud. Many complaints can be seen from the Notice Board about their acts.

Feng Shui not very good for tis location, too near to hospital next door! It is also far away from MRT and need to cross 2 roads to reach Telok Kurau park for recreation

Buyers beware! I recommend this building for: Asian Expats.

As a newly arrived expat, I am pleasantly suprised by the 3 min walk to eateries, 7-eleven, laundry shop etc. Bus-stop is right at my door set and MRT is just 15 min (mostly sheltered) walk away! Plus the pool and sauna just to myself on most evenings :) I recommend this building for: Peace & Quiet and Western Expats.

Quality build on exterior and interior (e.g. Hansgrohe in master's bedroom, Teka in kitchen, Ximula for closets). Automated/electronic locks for units and main gates. Decent sized pool. Small gym albeit high quality equipment

Quiet neighborhood location. Nearby bus stops. 2 blocks away from Eastshore hospital. Hawker stalls within easy walking distance but not much else. MRT station walkable but not too convenient. Nearby petrol stations (SPC, Esso). Relatively straightforward access to East Coast park and highway

Still too new to judge condo mgt and after service so have marked average I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
