Lots of privacy and quiet.Loads of parking but not necc. with buses at doorstep.
Ideal to come home to.
Easy access to CBD, shops, and transport.
No hassle living. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Peace & Quiet, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
