The project is located along lorong k where traffic is usually congested on Fri and Saturday. It is located one apartment away from the temple n mosque. With the upcoming construction for the new project just beside it, it is going to be noisy, dusty n even more congested than ever. The pool is small n pathetic for sharing among the residents of the 40 units. It is definitely not worth the price. Penthouse at other projects (which are just 1-2 yrs older) are sold for less than $900 per square feet n these are within walking distance to mrt. So, please do your homework before buying.
