One Shenton

There are just too many problems in the units for a new building. Not just with my unit, but I heard that other units are experiencing quite a lot of problems too. Things like: leaks, frequent short-circuits, broken built-in fixtures appliances (starting from washing machine to bathroom fixtures, etc). I recommend this building for:

The Construction noise and dust are simply non-stop. Even on weekends. I recommend this building for:

The Ferry Horn wakes you up from time to time! Once it frightened me in the early morning when i was still asleep. I recommend this building for:

We've now lived in One Shenton for one month and are more than happy with our choice. The finishing and layout of our 581sqft studio is great. The location is fantastic! In the future you'll be able to walk all the way to Marina Bay Sands under the ground:) Restaurants everywhere and soon the food garden in Asia Square are opening.
