I noticed this project was TOP since 2009 and till now no one has moved in to stay? What happened?

What's up with the fence?

I seriously think they need to change the frontage. The owners should put in a request to take down the fence. I'd rather go for the upmarket Ola next door or the upcoming 833 MB Residences next to Ola!

Saw the fencing and must say it's a joke compared to the much nicer surrounding in OLA.
