-Good transport links so as long as you don't mind the hoards of foreign workers at bus stops and little india mrt (nothing against them but just being honest)

-Mackenzie Road traffic noise and huge bus park where they reverse and their beeping can be annoying

-DAMP and mould in a few units major issue maybe because of the enclosed design of the project. Motorbike shop downstairs....I don't need to explain this

-Gathering of foreign workers esp at night at car/bus park just across the project

-Slow caveat / sales of units ? Owners asking for too much (this is not orchard or newton proper after all !!) I recommend this building for:

weird layout of apartments which do not fully utilize space. very small rooms. hate the stupid bay windows all over the place.

very damp, only found this out after i moved in a couple of months ago...and i'm on a high floor! rather noisy too coz of the piano shop just below complex

if i could choose again, i'd prefer mackenzie 88 or parc macekenzie because of the location of this place which is great. I recommend this building for: City Living.
