With east coast beach just minutes away, it changes the way you lead your lifestyle. Quiet and serene environment allows you to relax after a day of work. Accessibility to food is another important factor, hawker centre at ECP and eateries at Siplap are plentiful. Well maintained development despite being slightly more than 10yrs old. Bad point abt it is there isnt a car washing bay for me.
I recommend this building for:
Outdoors & Activities,
Families with Children,
Peace & Quiet,
Luxury & Prestige and
Western Expats.

Unique Architectural Design

I really like this Victorian-style building for a number of reasons.
It is in a great location (5 min walk to beach) and it will only get better as there are plans to develop the neighborhood. The management is great and they keep the building in tip top shape. You feel like being on vacation when you live here. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.

Absolutely Fabulous !!

What a jewel in the East Coast ! This condo is magnificent, it makes you feel like in a small boutique hotel environment. Love the beautiful English garden.
This is a great place to stay, tranquil and serene. Expensive but fantastic. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.

An excellent stay in Laguna Green

We enjoyed our three months' stay at Laguna Green. The location of this condo is excellent, very close to East Coast beach. Walking distance to the park and many popular stretch of eateries and restaurants along Siglap.
Very well kept and upscale condo by the beach ! I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.

Laguna Green is HOT! That is, the place literally raises temperatures. There is something about that U-shaped courtyard structure that simply traps heat in.
We first lived at Laguna Green as tenants and later bought a unit ourselves. Both units were swelteringly hot to live in. My memories of the place are being sweaty and uncomfortable. My dad called my apartment a furnace!
Saving points of Laguna Green - great team of cleaners (dunno if they're stll there) and a wonderful pool. I recommend this building for:

Laguna Green is an elegant Victorian-style condominium, complete with 19th century English garden. Conveniently located next to Bayshore Park, about 10 min walk to East Coast Park. Easy access to City and Changi Airport within 15 min drive via the East Coast Parkway (ECP).
