My boyfriend and I just bought a place here recently and having seen with shock the recent frequent flooding of Orchard road, I must say that one new consideration we were luckily to consider when looking for a condo is one that is on a hill and not prone to flooded basements! La crystal is almost at the crest of the hill at river valley and while right next door to orchard, would probably not experience the flooding that many more expensive condos in the lower areas are experiencing! I recommend this building for: City Living and Luxury & Prestige.

Definitely one of the more affordable condominiums you will find in the Somerset area with developments it around currently going at $1600-$1800psf. Tucked on the Orchard side of River Valley road it's location is on par with those on Devonshire Rd, Oxley and Lornie Hill. I recommend this building for: City Living, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

This condo features a well-maintained swimming pool, high-end security, with a nice quiet, posh lifestyle. It is only a 5 min walk from the Somerset MRT and thus is close to Orchard Road as well. Highly recommended for young couples and city living. I recommend this building for: City Living, Peace & Quiet and Luxury & Prestige.
