Experience living in this estate

I have moved in since 2003. This is a very cosy and quiet estate. There are shop houses within walking distances and also a couple of good restaurants and coffee shop.
Within the vicinity are good pre-schools such as Kinderland. My son and daughter used to attend that and I am thankful for that. Both have grown up and are now at Rosyth Primary (which again is 1.1km away).
The only issue is MRT is not within any walking distance.
Soon, Greenwich which is also comprises of commercial retail shops will be up ,and that make it even better with more neasrby amenities. I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
