Nice Place But Pricey
This is a nice condo, amid a bit old as I believed it is built 30 years ago. But they have upgraded common amenities so still looks good on the outside. Interior condition of units depend on how much previous owners have done up. But current pricing for this development appears steep - selling at en-bloc prices. Not sure whether en-bloc will materialised though given that plot ratio has been fully utilised and also no seaview. So any en-bloc will need to be at realistic pricing -
