This condo is one of the more attractive and solidly built condominiums in the Hillview belt. It will date well as years go by and appreciate with the building of the new shopping centre and Downtown MRT which are already in progress. It is a Freehold condo which is very well maintained and offers a warm and welcoming feeling with very adequate facilities including an in-house mini mart and a residents cafe. A very nice building and well proportioned homes, most with balconies that will take a small table and chairs. I thoroughly recommend this development in Hillview

Giving This A Miss

Was told by my agent how great this place and went to check...and it was so funny...
She said its quiet..I was thinking definitely it was so on Sunday and then vroom vroom so noisy a motor bike went past the road and it was so loud in the room. I guess its the design of the condo on a slope. All the noise goes up there on the busy hillview road.
Agent said air was good. I looked out and staring at me was the factory! With trucks and lorries :)
And then i looked up the ceiling is leaking.
OK. Enuf said. In addition to the inconvenience (need to drive to roundabout to get back to PIE) and its not exactly near the to-be built hillview mrt...
And no schools nearby...
I recommend this building for:

Very impressive landscaping with well maintained facilities. The guards are very friendly Saw a unit with unblock view facing the other condo Chantilly Rise. It is one of the better units with squarish layout and no afternoon sun.

EXCELLENT LIVING

This is one of the best development we have seen so far. Granite flooring and solid wood cabinet. An excellent development by capitaland. People and neighbors are extremely friendly and feel safer living here for my kids. I like most is the landscaping and waterfall feature that gave a very resort style living. Though it an old design as compare to those new condo, but it give a us wanting to come home after a hard day work. Carpark is spacious. Bus-stop is just right in front. And bus service bring you to Chinatown which is great for older folks.

Impressive condo exterior and interior, relatively quality furnishings and full condo facilities. Very nice waterfall swimming pool situated on high ground overlooking Bt Timah Hill. Very accessible to town. With nearby super market and eateries. Just minutes walk to Railway Mall for dinner, shopping or drinks. Minimart within the condo with everything that you need, even got satay also!! Big gym, tennis and squash courts, bbq pits, sauna, jacuzzi, playground and basketball court. Very good buy for investors or young couples. Can rent out to expats also. :)

Nice exterior, 5* resort hotel like architecture. Well positioned in the midst of Hillview serene environment. Situated on high ground and has a grandeur looking entrance. One of the best quality condo in Hillview vicinity.
