per review title I recommend this building for:

Anybody will be looking for a house with good amenities and transport.

Just bought a 2-bedder (high, unblock, greenery/ reservoir view)in this development while i was posted to work in China.

Anything near to LRT/ Circle line/ MRT is a good catch in today's market even during recession if you have the holding power.

Government is focusing to develop Sengkang in the next couple of years with sea-sports,recreation activities, park connector for healthy lifestyle living.

With LRT at door step and 24hr convenience store, supermarket/ clinic and 24-hr eateries within minutes of walking at Fernvale Point, this temporary mall will be upgraded to a better mall in the coming years.

Tentatively named Fernvale Point in yr2006, the facilities aim to cater to the daily needs of the residents.

Unbelieveable ... This is probably the closest one can get to live next to a waterfront. And still convenient. Happy to have bought a home here too. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

We just bought a 4Bedroom apartment at H2O. Many around us thought we were crazy to move out of our current home, which is spacious & super convenient (walk to mall, MRT & schools). But really .... we have no regrets at all.

With young school going kids and both of us working, we are mindful of the time we spend together as a family. Inceasingly we find it hard to pull them away from computer, smart phones, TV and shopping in malls. So when we recce the surrounding of this new condo, we got excited. We have always wished that our kids can grow up the way we did: running around greens, cycling, swimming, catching spiders, watching birds, chasing freebies, flying kites, etc. Life should be this simple!

Surrounded by parks, park connectors, river, LRT station (2mins sheltered walk), 6-8mins to Fernvale Point, Compass Point & Sengkang Transport Hub and a shop within condo to povide last min needs ..... Aiya, no stress la! I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
