With so few units the pool is never crowded and the security staff know all the residents. This is in contrast with the larger mega-condos near Newton where the residents are constantly moving in/out.
Top local schools such as ACS, SCGS and SJI primary are all close by.
Units do not come onto the market very often, but are generally snapped up quickly due to the competitive price psf compared with other developments in the area.

This is a beautiful boutique development in a fantastic location. It is so convenient with 3 cold storage(United Sq, Novena Sq, Chancery) within walking distance. Both Newton and Novena MRT stations are 10 mins walk away. Love staying here. I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.

We just bought a unit here.. and were thrilled to find this, since it is such a convenient location and so well priced compared to all the condos just 300 meters away where prices are >S$1300 psf.

It is a nice private condo with a fairly well maintained pool. Only drawback is that Villas at Gilstead is coming up in front of this condo right now, so there maybe some inconvenience till it is completed.

Otherwise it is a lovely quaint and quite neighbourhood, where u can walk/jog around to Chancery Road or step out to Novena Square and United Square to eat/shop etc.

Bedrooms are fairly well sized, unlike some of the new condos where u can hardly fit anything into the room!

It is really close to ACS and SJI which is a big plus!
On the whole, I am kicking myself for not having discovered this earlier! I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.
