Gardens @ Gerald is a resort living cluster housing enclave in a quiet environment. It is a boutique development with only 25 households and great landscaping.
Facilities: A 25m lap pool, a wading pool, a reflection pond, a gym, 24 hours security.
Within 1 - 3km
1. NTUC Xtra @ Hougang Lifestyle
2.Wet Market @ Serangoon North Avenue 1
3.Jalan Kayu with lots of eateries.
4. Playground right infront of the estate
5. Park Connector leading to Anchorvale Community Club
6. Seletar Aerospace Park.
7. Rosyth Primary (1.1km)
8. French School
Expressway: CTE, SLE & KPE are also nearby.
In short, a wonderful place to stay and of course good rental value, as the Aerospace Park will be ready in 2012.
