A Real Gems

My Family Had View 2 unit at Forest Hills, we find the place to be peaceful, green and we got this natural draw towards their beautiful landscape, the place is very well maintained. I think Forest Hills condo is a real gems around this area.

Agree with others that the 1163 sqft three bedroom unit has a room that is too small. The 1227 sqft unit is a much better size. The bathroom looks luxurious.
Noticed that the condo is newly painted. Facilities and pool are very well maintained. Landscaping is amazing, great resort feel. Overall, looks fabulous for its age.
Very exclusive feel with the number of units. It has a good size pool and a tennis court.
Heard that the future MRT station for Thomson line is just outside the Condo. Great potential! I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

army camp!?

this is located near the army camp and nothing fancy will be built near this area. not meant to be a bustling neighbourhood and not going to be near future mrt station or major transport service.

Balinese Gem in private estate

This place is fantastic - serene yet easy access to SLE. Future TSL MRT station 200m away and if you notice more and more upmarket stores are setting up along the road. This will be the next chill-out place to be -Dempsey Hill of the north!

The Kallang Developm is building stretch of shophouses juz across the road and future re-development of the shophouses along the transit road .Upcoming TSL nearby, NSE 20maway from the development..Low rise condo developm Good potential for self staying for the view and good investment for the up coming "happenings

Expensive and small common room

Gone to forest hill recenbtly for 3-bedroom unit. Common room is small and not syitable if you have 2 children. Asking price also very expensive. Not value for money!!

RE: Disappointment

Gone to FHC twice recently. My family like a 3rm sq fit 1163 unit there. Very disappointed due to one of the common bedroom is way too small. Wondering, when the person design or draft this layout, did he/she really put into a deeper thinking? Worst of all, i can't even alter anything due to toilets are obstructing this room. It is only good for family of 3, this smaller room can only be a maid's room or kid's study room. What a waste!!!

Fantastic place

This is a marvelous resort condo - plenty of upside potential with psf not evening hitting 700 while neighbouring condos going at 800-1000psf

Resort Serenity

I must say I was rather impressed with this place - tranquil and quiet. Not great for those who needs public transport but for those who drive, it's one of the best places you can have if you like peace and quiet. There are no HDBs around for miles and it feels exclusive. Pool is deep (rare nowadays) and long and overall a very nice find.

Forest hills condo

This is a rare gem yet to be discovered. This place feels exclusive as there are only 128 units. Low rise condo with resort like environment. Great pool for a condo of this size. Very well managed and maintained. Although it is along Sembawang road, access to SLE is only a 2 mins drive.
