I love this place the minute I saw it.
Its located within the landed properties and you dont see any HDBs around it.
Whole place has a resort feel and feels very cosy.
Maintenance is very well done.
Units are decent size compared to mickey house units.

Land area is big, but if you are facing the greenry or river, you have all kinds of insects. Pretty lousy concept for the pool where the lap and kids pool are a storey apart. Furnishing in units are bad unless you are willingly to pay to do a total renovation work. I recommend this building for:

Excellent facilities, including 50 Metere lap pool, huge gym, tennis courts etc. Alternatively, jog or cycle along Ulu Pandan River bank, Regular and on schedule shuttle service, on daily basis. 3 minutes shuttle ride to Nanhua Primary School, Clementi MRT/Central (Future 40-storey Mall), AYE, PIE. Close proximity to Jurong, International Business Park, IMM Megamall. 20-30mins to Holland Village, Orchard Road, Vivocity and much more!!
