Decent captial appreciation for investment

I went down to take a look a the actual site, it's right smack in the centre of St. Thomas walk. very near major malls, ntuc finest for groceries, walking distance to robertson quay's row of restaurants and bars.
I recommend this building for:
City Living,
Outdoors & Activities,
Luxury & Prestige,
Western Expats and
Asian Expats.

Excellent location

It's an excellent location,units above 560sqft would be a decent size for 1 bedroom, 5mins walk to Somerset MRT,in the core of convenience.

Manageable investment quantum

Superb location. Investment quantum below $1 mil. Nice way to create an investment portfolio without having to throw in big loads of money.

Unimpressive development asking for unrealistically high price. Developments there are too close to one another, blocking each other. I bought 1 unit there and deeply regretted my decision...:(

Rental what?

i cannot imagine ...at this prices. even for this location, how much to charge for a studio. 10k? else how is it going to make sense as an investment? MNC does not give middle exec expat this type of housing budget. not even before 2009. yes, i'm giving low points too for unrealistic prices for an investment. But as millionaires family home; then its worth it...but its not meant for own stay...puzzling.

Love location but the size...

Love the location (near MRT, Orchard Road, Fair Price) although a bit cluttered with too many high rise condos in that area. Also way too many new condos going up and the noise level was unbelievable. The dust too. But what will hit you the most is the tiny size of the studio. It's so tiny. Smaller than a regular hotel room. Not sure any (expat) single despite the location can handle the size. Sorry gets low points from me.
